Setup, configure, administer, troubleshoot and maintain IBM WebSphere
Application Servers (v 4.0-7.0), IIS (v6.0/7.0) web servers, and
application servers.
Deploy J2EE components, server-side technologies and Cognos ReportNet;
Assist in requirements gathering, RAC server support, SSL configuration
and Signed Certificate installation;
Identify areas and develop scripts to automate tasks.
Develop J2EE Applications using Vignette Portal/Content Management
Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS)

Plan, design, develop and implement computer programs for business
applications, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer
systems.
Develop metadata definitions from business rules and perform database
analysis to design data marts.
Evaluate user requests to design, develop and modify financial and
operational reports.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these
systems.
Design, install and test system integration.

Our Process
Our recruiters are constantly sourcing candidates for the various positions we have. Because our positions have a brief window of opportunity, we generally work hard to instill a sense of urgency with all candidates and move you through the process as quickly as possible.

? Step Three: Pre-screen phone call (usually takes 10-15 minutes).
? Step Four: If you pass the pre-screen, you will be asked to participate in a more formal interview. That may be scheduled for some agreed upon time in the future in our office or most likely it will be done on the phone.
? Step Five: If SBS determines that you are in fact a fit for any opening, we will contact the client, introduce you by providing all your details, and then on approval try to set up a meeting between you and the employer.
